A full bond clean covers every room — bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry. This includes scrubbing tiles and grout, shower screens, toilets and sinks, cleaning inside all cupboards, oven and rangehood, window tracks, skirting boards, light switches, and removing all cobwebs throughout the property. Yes. If your property manager or real estate agent is not satisfied with any aspect of the clean, we will return within 72 hours to address the issue at no additional cost. Just tell us within 72 hours of receiving your agent's report, and send us a copy. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions. See our full price list.
A bond clean is specifically designed to meet real estate agent standards and recover your rental bond. A vacate clean covers the same comprehensive scope but is suited to owner-occupiers, Airbnb turnovers, or situations where no bond is involved. Both services deliver the same meticulous result.
Duration depends on the size and condition of the property. A standard 2-bedroom apartment typically takes 4–6 hours, while a 4-bedroom house can take 8–10 hours. We'll provide a more accurate estimate when you contact us directly.
Not at all. Many of our clients provide a key or use a lockbox. Our team is fully insured and police checked, so you can have complete confidence leaving us to work independently. We'll notify you when the job is complete.
